Equipped with a 6.2L V8, Hennessy Performance adds a Procharger producing 575 HP high flow air induction, fuel injector upgrades and HPE engine management calibration which can be tapped into by a Hennessy Tuner provided to owner to calibrate downloadable tunes. Rated at 575HP & 542 lb-ft of torque it is mated to a 6R80 six speed automatic transmission, and 4.10 differential ratio w/ electronic locking gears. Suspension consist of Fox Racing internal Bypass racing front coil overs and rear shocks. Disc brakes all the way around and 17" Aluminum wheels wrapped in LT 315/70R17 BFG's All Terrain KO's.
With all the performance modifications you couldn't have anything but two tone red and black leather interior, Hennessy plaques, and complete navigation head unit. The exterior has had the skid plate and bumpers both front and rear painted to match the body which was not factory. This truck has only 38,870 miles since released from Hennessy Performance in 2010. General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a document fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
