300 gal Fiberglass Tank with Steel Skid Mixer Assembly and Injection Pump System

Bear Ag LLC. 300 gal Fiberglass tank Skid, Mixer Assembly
and Injection Pump System:
300 gal fiberglass skid mixer includes the following:
- Mixer system has a 2 HP 208-230/460V three
phase electric motor, aluminum pump adapter,
flange bearings, 1" SS 304 shaft, Lovejoy couplers,
and 6" SS propeller. This will give you  the agitation
to properly mix
fertilizers, gypsum, and other dry
materials.
- Inlet plumbing 1" female locking cam lock, 3/4"
brass float valve and ball assembly, This will ensure
your 300 gal tank is always topped off with fresh
water.
- Tuthill Sotera 26 GPM 1" inline flow meter
that will help you know how much material is
passing through your injection lines.
- Tank Manifold out let to pump 1" tank adapters,
manual valves for choosing if you want to suction
from the bottom or from the middle of the tank, this
leads to an 1-1/2" 16 mesh banjo strainer and into
the pump.
- Pump unit includes a UDOR Zeta 41, 11 GPM, 290 PSI
diaphragm pump pump, coupled with QuadraFlex
flanges, safety shaft cover, and the 1 HP 208-
230/460V three phase electric motor. This poly
diaphragm pump is compatible with many materials
so you will be able to inject a wide variety of dry
fertilizers, gypsum or amendments.
-Recirculation plumbing, 3/4" brass three way ball
valve, 3/4" male cam lock outlet. When you are
not injecting you can put material back into your
300 gal tank.
