4 Head Manual Gravity Tabletop Filler , Retail price: $ 11,080.00.  This filler is user-friendly, accurate, portable, and flexible for a variety of containers and products. After an operator positions the bottles under the fill heads they push a button or foot pedal switch to activate the filling cycle. The PLC automatically stops each head at the pre-determined, user-defined settings. The operator then slides them on the customer supplied table to the next area for capping. Bottling Machine S.O.P.
Quick connect locks on final hose to pump
Product supply ON/OFF = Float reservoir bobber (shuts off at end offill)
Use wrenches to manually open filler heads
Leave room for air above the bottle when placing bottles underfiller heads (about a quarter inch)
Turn Supply Auto OFF
Adjust float to 1.5s ON & 1.5s OFF
Save every time
Float Delay ON & OFF
Change nozzle for each appropriate size by pulling nozzles towardsyou until they pop off (note: when placing a new nozzle size onfiller, it helps to twist while pushing upwards)
Front valves above nozzles control flow rate for each line and helpsdial in exact amounts (used in accordance with correct fill times)
Auto Set Up (ASU)
Adjust presets/manual fill to correct level (note: fill times willbe displayed in small font above the fill head #s at the top of thescreen)
Hit save to obtain listed fill times and adjust accordingly
Save ASU to production
Turn on all fill heads when making new recipes
Emptying the machine
Be sure to pull air before draining ball valve
Hit set up, next, Product Supply OFF
Hit Product Supply, Select Manual in order to drain fill heads ofremaining liquids
Hit Filler Set Up, Product Supply OFF to rinse out remaining liquidto hose before reservoir, Open reservoir drain to dump final liquid
Run pump dry for 1-2 seconds then shut OFF Product Supply (no needto adjust pump speed, it has been set by a specialized technician)
Note: Master Start needs to be ON for Recipe Recall
The manufacturer has a service team that is available (for a fee) to reset the system to custom specification.
