Vintage ? Disney Winnie the Pooh 10" standing 8" sitting not sure year

I really don't know anything about this pooh and can not seem to find him anywhere.
Some people have thought it is 1995 Disney store jumper x. Others say he is older then that.  He does not have any clothes on.
